Registration Rules
- You must be a Premium member to sign up for Cabot Cape Breton.
- Members can place reservation requests from Tuesday, May 9 at 9 a.m. ET to Wednesday, May 10 at 9:00 a.m. ET.
- You may request up to four spots, but all guests must be active Premium members.
- Singles are encouraged to place reservation requests. Singles will be randomly paired with groups.
- Submitting more than one request will not increase your chances of being chosen. Duplicates will be removed.
- Entries must be paid within 24 hours of receiving the notification email to avoid forfeiting your position in the event.
FAQs
How many spots can I purchase?
You may request up to four spots, but all guests must be active Premium members before registering.
What are the lodging options?
Lodging is provided onsite at Cabot Cape Breton in their upgraded lodging options: Links Villas and Hillside Homes.
Each room has a single king bed and a private bathroom.
Double occupancy is available (and reflected in the pricing chart above) to those willing or wishing to share a single king bed.
Does my guest have to be a member?
Yes, all guests must be active Premium members. The best way to bring a non-member guest is to gift them a Premium membership.
Yes, you will be paired with another BTS member at random.
Can I request to be paired with another twosome?
If you have another person or team you’d like to be grouped with, please submit the request on the Guest Details form on the Players Room following your purchase.
Are there handicap / skill requirements?
Players of all skillsets and handicaps are welcome to register. We only ask you are respectful, have fun and keep up with the group ahead of you.
There will be double-bogey max scoring in place.
What is the payment and cancellation policy?
Pricing is per person. In the event you have questions or need to cancel, please email Events@golfersjournal.com. Refunds will be given the full amount, less 5% processing fees prior to July 10, 2024. Following July 10, we will only be able to provide a refund given your spot is filled by another BTS Member.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and payment plans through Affirm.
Transportation to and from Cabot Cape Breton is not provided. Caddies are also not included but can be available upon request.
What are the passport requirements?
If traveling from outside of Canada, please ensure you have a valid passport.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Pricing is per person. In the event you have questions or need to cancel, please email Events@golfersjournal.com. Refunds will be given the full amount, less 5% processing fees prior to June 20, 2024. Following June 20, refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis.
