It’s trophy season. Introducing the Broken Tee Society Club Championship, a season-ending bash where we’ll celebrate another epic year on the road, and crown the first two BTS club champions (net and gross). Register and shoot for your place in the history books.

A New Legacy
Since the first Scot knocked a stone across a windswept dune, every club worth its salt has determined its finest players. With a global membership numbering more than 25,000, our exercise gets a bit more complicated. But this November, 108 Broken Tee Society members will roll through the gates of San Diego Country Club, and two will leave with a new honorific: Broken Tee Society Club Champion.

Registration Rules
- You must be a TGJ member to sign up for the The Club Championship @ San Diego Country Club.
- There will be four waves of registration:
- 2023 event champions
- 2023 local qualifiers
- Index Experiment participants
- All BTS members
- Past champions and local qualifiers can register starting Thursday, 8/17 at 9 am PT until Tuesday, 8/22 at 9 am PT.
- Index Experiment participants register on 8/22 at 9 am PT.
- General registration will be open on 8/24 at 9 am, pending availability.

How many spots can I purchase?
You may request one spot.
What is the event format?
The format is Individual Stroke Play, net and gross. Net & Gross champions will be crowned.
There will be 9 hole free play following the 18-hole tournament.
Can I request to be paired with another twosome?
If you have another person or team you’d like to be grouped with, please submit the request on the Guest Details form on the Players Room following your purchase.
Are there handicap / skill requirements?
Players of all skillsets and handicaps are welcome to register. We only ask you are respectful, have fun and keep up with the group ahead of you.
There will be double-bogey max scoring in place.
What is the cancellation policy?
In the event you have questions or need to cancel, please email Events@golfersjournal.com. You will be refunded the full amount minus 10% before October 1, 2023. No refunds will be given after November 1. Replacements will be accepted within the cutoff date.
