Cancellations made 30 days prior to the arrival date, by February 3, 2021, will be refunded the full amount, less any processing fees. Cancellations made 29-14 days before the arrival date, will be accepted only if COVID related and require a positive COVID test. If COVID related it will result in non-refundable fee of 50% of the total amount charged, otherwise refunds are not permitted. Cancellations made after February 16, 2021 are non-refundable.
